Equine Cremations

For nearly three decades, Deceased Pet Care, Inc. has served the needs of area residents, offering the finest in individual pet cremations. As an established pet cemetery we are proud to introduce our Equine Cremation Services in the horse community. Our equine cremation facility is the only one of its kind in the Southeastern United States.

Our conveniently located offices feature beautiful chapels, fully stocked urn showrooms, as well as the latest in state-of-the-art crematory facilities. As a family-owned and operated business, we pride ourselves in knowing we have served loving owners with devotion and dedication for more than 25 years. Simply stated, our goal is to accommodate each owner to his or her individual needs. We are committed to providing the utmost in quality, care and satisfaction. A comfort comes in knowing that your horse, who has been a trusted friend, has been handled with dignity, care and compassion.

Pass through our cemetery gates and you will notice the difference immediately - professionally landscaped grounds give way to beautiful gardens including walkways, benches, and a quiet gazebo for reflection on fond, loving memories.

What a great comfort to know that your horse who has served you and your family will have a permanent and final resting place amid beautiful, peaceful surroundings.

Our services include a Standard Service, as well as a Deluxe Service. Deluxe Services include a remains burial lot in our Horseshoe Gardens, a granite marker with the horse's name and dates of birth and death, and can include other custom design options if you wish.

Equine Cremations

Whether it comes unexpectedly, or after the course of a long illness, death leaves us feeling anguished and confused. So often we hear, "...we wish we would have known about you sooner...", having found out about our services after the fact. Pre-planning is key in helping to reduce the amount of emotional stress the loss brings and alleviates hastily made decisions. Our pre-need plan is designed to assist you in making a selection of your horse's eternal resting place before the loss. Planning ahead is always in your best interest.
